Our Origins
Our Story in
the Sahara
Taragalte Nomad Camp was born from a deep connection to the desert and to the nomadic traditions of M'Hamid El Ghizlane.
Founded by locals rooted in Berber heritage, the camp was created to share the true spirit of the Sahara — not as a touristic attraction, but as a living culture.
Growing up in the dunes, surrounded by caravan history and desert silence, we learned that the Sahara is not only a landscape — it is a rhythm of life.
A place where simplicity replaces excess.
Where silence replaces noise.
Where hospitality is personal and sincere.
"We do not offer mass tourism.
We offer connection."
